SAHOOR is a name woven from the threads of my mother’s imagination, sewn with love and adorned with dreams. Although it was just a random word that my mother came up with, for us, Sahoor symbolises a new beginning as we embark on this journey where fashion meets emotion. Inspired by the mysteries of the morning, the moments just before the dawn when the world holds its breath in anticipation, each garment weaves a tale of connection and possibility. 

We are from Mohali, Punjab, India. Although we don’t have a physical store yet, we operate entirely online, allowing us to share our beautiful collections with customers around the globe.

Sahoor supports local communities in India by partnering with local artisans, sourcing materials locally, and promoting traditional craftsmanship, thus boosting local economies and creating sustainable livelihoods.

Every Sahoor garment is accompanied by a wash-care tag, kindly follow the instructions on the tag. For best results, we recommend dry cleaning your garment to preserve its intricate embroidery and fine fabrics. Always air out these garments after dry-cleaning to get rid of any odour. For ironing either use a steam iron or iron them on low heat on the reverse side.

All our pieces are handcrafted in house at our workshop. We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light giving colours truest and nearest to our pieces. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and displays and also the intricacy of work involved in our pieces, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.

Currently, we operate exclusively online, allowing us to bring our collections to your doorstep and making them accessible to everyone, everywhere. However, we are excited about the possibility of opening a physical store in the near future. Stay tuned!

If you wish to purchase another product you can go back or use the menu to visit the desired collection/product page. After you have added a product or products to your cart, you can check out, where you will need to fill your email, phone and address. In the end you will be directed to the payment page where you can complete the order.

We are a made-to-order brand and make every garment fresh upon receiving an order and then ship it. At present our delivery timeline is 30-35 business days including 3-4 days of the shipping time. Ideally, we process all orders within the promised time. However, there may be a little delay sometimes since Sahoor follows a predominantly hand-intensive production cycle which is slow in nature. The production process can occasionally go through unforeseen delays due to the human factor.

Once your order is shipped, the shipping company usually takes around 1-4 days for domestic orders.

We offer customisations pertaining to size/fit, shorter or longer dress/kurta length, sleeve length and neckline depth on request. We ask for no extra charges for the basic length alterations. However, if your piece needs to be completely customized, you are required to pay an additional sum as the customization charges.
