SHIPPING
Sahoor is a make-to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 30-40 business days. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping of our products within India is free and completely borne by us.

All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of Indian GST.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Our garments are all on a made to order basis and specially handcrafted for you.
Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
Post Purchase Service offered
We are happy to extend complimentary alteration services up to 60 days from date of purchase. This complimentary service is only available for basic alterations. Other alterations requests are available upon reviewing the outfit and may incur a charge.
To place an alteration request or for any further assistance, you can contact on WhatsApp or via e-mail.
If an incorrect size or product has been delivered to you or you feel that the product is damaged, please share photographs and videos of the same. Kindly ensure that the product(s) are unused, unworn and the original tags on the product(s) are intact in such rare cases.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
